Unwind Yourself with UNWIND-2019 – Appdupe Event

The employees of Appdupe came together to celebrate the UNWIND-2019. It was a fun-filled and joyous occasion where everybody had a hearty laugh and spent quality time at the office premises. The beginning of the celebration was marked with the host welcoming the directors, and then the fun part began. The first event was the flash mob, and the dancers emerged from the crowd making everybody jump off their seats. They gave a scintillating dance performance that made everyone join them. 

After the flash mob, there was singing. Singing is a way through which we can express ourselves. A few employees came forward to showcase their singing talents. We heard multilingual songs that day, and it was a pleasure for the ears. The next event on the stage was the dance performance. The dance floor was filled with amazing dancers who entertained the audience with the songs of their choice. The employees were throwing their song suggestions one after the other, and the dancers seemed to be getting more energetic with each song. 

Followed by the awesome dance show, a few guitarists came up to the floor to sing a song for the crowd, along with playing the guitar. It was a great combo, and the audience was awestruck by the show. Next was the game of minds. The greatest and quickest side of the brains were at work for the next few minutes. It was an interactive session of quiz in which many participated. 

Stories were spun in the next part of the celebration. A story had to be narrated with good morals and loads of humor. Many tried their luck, and it actually worked for each one of them. We heard many funny stories that day and laughed our hearts out. 

Make the magician wave the wand, and you get your lucky wish. Yes, you guessed it right! Magicians performed many tricks leaving the audience speechless. At the end of the show, they even taught the employees how to carry out a few easy tricks. 

It was an all play and no work evening that day.

Many interesting games were conducted to relieve the stress from the minds of the employees. There was a pani-puri eating competition for all the foodies available in the crowd. Up next was pass the parcel or prepare for the punishment. There was a parcel that was passed from one person to the other, and music was played in the background. The person who had the parcel when the music stopped had to do all the funny punishments given by the audience. 

When something is in trend, we all get adapted to it. Selfie Pullingo was conducted next where the participants had to drop the pen inside the bottle using the selfie camera. There is a history behind the name of the game. It was considered a “pullingo” act as it was a stunt that can be performed only by highly trained experts and so the name “selfie Puliingo”. The celebration came towards the closing part, and everyone wanted to cherish the memories they had collected that day. So, it was captured on our phones. Each one of them had something memorable at that Appdupe workplace event. The gathering was then addressed by the directors, and everyone left home feeling contented and happy.
