Requirement Freezing because we are not telepathic

A good number of people here at AppDupe office are having their third coffee of the day. And suddenly Devi, one of our fine business analysts comes rushing to the tech team – 09 table and screamed “I need an app up and live within two days, a client I’m managing is in a hurry!”. Ted, the team lead walks over with a glass of water and calms her down and says “Sure, no worries, we can do it. Now, breathe and confirm to me if it is just the base product without any changes.” To this Devi is pensive and says “Actually there are just a couple of changes in the payments screen of iOS and Android apps and also in the rewards screen.” Reluctantly, Ted says, “Sorry Devi, if there are any changes apart from the logo, splashscreen and name of the app, we need a proper sign off by the client in email. Otherwise our expectations will not coincide with the client and they will be unhappy even after we finish what we understood from what they ask.”

Close to 15 people may work on any single project as there are design, web, iOS, Android and QA requirement for every single project.
